Great Escape Landscaping guarantees brick work and materials for three years from the date of installation. Great Escape guarantees all plants to be in satisfactory condition and to be guaranteed for a period of one year except those plants damaged by an act of God or plants subject to extreme weather conditions. Warranty covers one replacement for each individual plant. Warranty does not include damage or death of a plant due to over watering, under watering, insects, diseases, improper pruning, and transplanting. Purchaser assumes responsibility for regular plant maintenance.

Great Escape guarantees all work to be completed in a professional manner. Additional materials and/or labor for any deviations from the original cost estimate will be written on an additional cost estimate before work is completed. The original estimate may be subject to change if additional labor and/or materials are required to complete the project if unforeseen problems were to arise.
