Great Escape Landscaping guarantees brick work and materials for three years from the date of installation. This limited warranty applies to the area found to be defective based on improper installation and/or improper compaction, as determined by Great Escape Landscaping and/or industry standards. The warranty does not apply to damage resulting from settling due to adverse soil conditions. Great Escape guarantees all plants to be in satisfactory condition and to be guaranteed for a period of one year except those plants damaged by an act of God or plants subject to extreme weather conditions. Warranty covers one replacement for each individual plant. Warranty does not include damage or death of a plant due to over watering, under watering, insects, diseases, improper pruning, and transplanting. Purchaser assumes responsibility for regular plant maintenance. Failure to properly water and/or maintain plants will void warranty. Warranty does not include: transplanted trees, shrubs, perennials, and annuals; plant materials damaged by animals, loss of power or malfunction of irrigation system, drought, insects, frost, extreme weather conditions, food, storm, or hail; Water quality; Efforescence (the powder like substance that occasionally appears on concrete products) which as noted by manufacturers will wear off over time. Water feature pumps will be guaranteed for one year based on proper care. Lighting installed by Great Escape Landscaping, specifically Unique Lighting, will have a one year warranty on workmanship; LED bulbs carry a manufacturers warranty specific to each variety of bulb used. Unique lighting fixtures and transformers come with a manufacturers warranty.
Great Escape Landscaping guarantees all work to be completed in a professional manner. Additional materials and/or labor for any deviations from the original cost estimate will be written on an additional cost estimate before work is completed. The original estimate may be subject to change if additional labor and/or materials are required to complete the project if unforeseen problems were to arise.
